30-Minute Virtual Personal Training
You'd be surprised how much you can get done in 30 minutes.

Your Vici trainer will video chat with you on either FaceTime, WhatsApp or Zoom. During the 30-minute session you'll do a warm-up, followed by a mix of strength, cardio or flexibility exercises. Your trainer will customize your workout to fit your needs. They can demonstrate movements over video chat and guide you through them verbally. They'll also offer technique corrections and suggestions for increasing or decreasing resistance. You can workout with any fitness equipment you have, or just your bodyweight.
You may cancel within 12 hours of your session for any reason. If you need to cancel within 12 hours, please contact your trainer directly.
